Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or engaging our services.

This page explains the terms and practices that apply when you use the DevToolsHub website or contact us regarding our services.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
DevToolsHub provides custom software development, websites, applications, automation and trading-system development. Scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in a separate proposal, agreement or statement of work.
You agree to provide accurate and timely information, access and feedback required for delivery, including review and approval within agreed timelines.
Fees, milestones, taxes and payment schedules are mutually agreed before work begins. Late payments may pause work or delivery. Unless the written agreement says otherwise, completed milestone payments are non-refundable.
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, reusable components and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licences.
Both parties will take reasonable care to protect confidential information disclosed during the project and use it only for the intended engagement.
To the extent permitted by law, DevToolsHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Trading software does not guarantee financial returns.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the written project agreement. The client remains responsible for payment for work completed and committed costs up to the termination date.
We may update these website terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable project agreement, or otherwise the competent courts in India.
